    4. ORDERS (PRODUCTS IN STOCK)

    By placing an order, you offer to purchase the products for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Please check product features and variants such as sizes before placing your order. Please check the specifications of the products, such as measurements and size, before placing your order.

    When a customer places an order, Bluntas Bespoke will send that customer an email which aims to confirm the purchase and payment. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has the confirmation of his purchase and the details of the order.

    We reserve the right to limit the number of units purchased by each user. Bluntas Bespoke also reserves the right to limit sales of our products on a regional or jurisdictional basis.

    Bluntas Bespoke may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled by Bluntas Bespoke, payments made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.

    5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

    It is the customers' obligation to provide accurate, current and detailed information when placing an order. Providing information that is misleading, false or incomplete may result in adverse situations, including, but not limited to, financial loss, damage to products or incurring extra costs. Customers shall assume full responsibility for any negative consequences, whether loss, damage or additional costs, arising as a result of providing erroneous, outdated or incomplete information, as well as for failure to update their data within a reasonable period of time.

    6. PRICES

    Bluntas Bespoke reserves the right to determine the price of the products. Product prices will be available on each product page on the website. Product prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

    Bluntas Bespoke will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.

    Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. Should an error in pricing be discovered, the customer will be informed of such error. The option to reconfirm the order will be given to the user at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the order should the user not be satisfied with the correct price communicated on the said product order.

    7. PAYMENTS

    Customers can pay for the products using the following payment methods:

    The customer must pay the price of the product stipulated in the order before the product is shipped. Payment will be charged to the payment method selected by the customer at the time of placing the order.

If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment processor.

    If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorisation. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.

    If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where payment can be charged and processed.

    Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products. Bluntas Bespoke reserves the right to contract any payment processor available.

    Bluntas Bespoke attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Bluntas Bespoke does not warrant that product descriptions, product prices or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product descriptions and images may vary according to the color resolution of the user's device screen.

    9. DISCOUNT CODES

    You can only use one discount code per order. Bluntas Bespoke reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where multiple discount codes are added to the shopping cart. The use of discount codes is subject to the specific terms and conditions under which they were issued, which may include eligibility requirements and a maximum order value.     For bespoke orders, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances. Due to the customised nature of these products, each order is unique and is made to the exact specifications provided by the customer. By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that any subsequent modifications may not be feasible, and that the manufacturing process cannot be reversed or cancelled without incurring substantial costs. The customer is expected to carefully review all details before placing a custom order, ensuring that the specifications provided are correct and definitive. Any problems relating to quality or manufacturing defects will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the specific warranty conditions, but no refunds will be issued for these reasons or for changes of opinion.

    2. PRODUCTS IN STOCK

    Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, that is why we do returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Orders placed on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund.

    2. SHIPPING COSTS

    • Products in stock: shipping costs will depend on the delivery location of the order and will be calculated and shown at checkout.

    • Bespoke orders: shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be established for each project in the respective agreement signed with the customer.

    Bluntas Bespoke may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout.

    3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

    • Products in stock: 2 - 3 working days.

    • Bespoke orders: order processing times will depend on the manufacturing time of the product and the time established in the corresponding agreement signed with the customer.

    Orders will be processed Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (UK time).

    Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

    Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

    4. SHIPPING TIMES

    • Products in stock: 5 - 7 working days.

    • Bespoke orders: once the agreement is signed with the customer, we have a delivery time of 12-16 weeks depending on the complexity of the project and the delivery time established in the agreement.

    5. ORDER TRACKING

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order to be tracked through the corresponding courier company. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate courier company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

    6. CUSTOMS TAXES

    Please note that customs duties may apply to international orders (orders outside the UK) depending on the customs legislation of each country. The customer is responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may be imposed on your package upon entry into the destination country. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

    8. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

    If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

    9. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

    Bluntas Bespoke will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses.
